The Elements Ritual Sets are an invitation to reconnect with yourself. Available in three energies – Burst Your Energy, Calm Your Mind, and Nourish Your Soul – they support you as you need to recharge, relax, or ground yourself.

Each set contains six hand-selected gemstones – three raw and three gently tumbled – lovingly packaged in a handmade cotton pouch. Each stone carries its own subtle energy and represents a specific element:

Burst Your Energy – activating and revitalizing, for new strength, clarity and focus.
Calm Your Mind – harmonizing and calming, for mental peace and ease.
Nourish Your Soul – grounding and protective, for security, balance and inner strength.

The sets are complemented by Dr. Eberhardt's gemstone sprays – I recharge my energy, I let go, and I feel light. They promote calmness, lift your spirits, bestow lightness, or strengthen you from within – creating space for regeneration and gentle grounding.

Gently spray the fragrance over your gemstones from a distance of about 20 cm, allowing the delicate essence to blend with their energy. This creates a moment of inner harmony – a small ritual for conscious balance.

We intuitively select the perfect stones for you. Each one is unique – shape, color, and size can vary (approx. 2–5.5 cm in diameter). Our gemstones come from responsible sources that share our values – with respect for people, nature, and materials.

Care

Gemstones are natural materials—some are sensitive to heat, others to chemicals. Even small inclusions or fine cracks can affect their stability.

To gently clean your stones, we recommend lukewarm water, a soft brush, and, if necessary, a little mild dish soap—or simply use your hands. Less is often more.

Avoid harsh cleaning agents to preserve the natural energy of the stones.
