As a health coach and co-owner of Sojourn Wellbeing, I focus on empowering my clients. There is no 'one size fits all' and I don't tell anyone what to do. Health coaching is an individualized, client-centered process designed to meet people where they are. I use my expertise in integrative lifestyle practices and nutrition to support each client, whether we work together in person or in online coaching sessions.

What is a health coach?
A health coach is a professional advisor and mentor who empowers individuals to take responsibility for their health and supports them in making sustainable lifestyle choices. Health coaches do not prescribe a specific diet or lifestyle. Rather, they help people develop a deeper understanding of the lifestyle and food choices that best fit their bodies. Common areas a health coach can help with include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, digestion, stress, and time management.

The truth is that deep down we know what we need to achieve this, but often we get in our own way. We tell ourselves stories that do not serve us and that act as obstacles blocking the path to our success and happiness.
How do I know?
After battling breast cancer for over 15 years, I took a deep look at my health, diet and other lifestyle causes. I transformed my life and developed a passion for helping people overcome their health, diet and lifestyle challenges by facilitating a process of self-discovery that allows them to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve their health and well-being.
My job is to use my training and experience to act as your accountability partner, collaboratively determine action and guide you back on a journey that will help you reach your full potential and your happiest self.

I am an experienced wellness professional trained in nutrition, lifestyle and wellness coaching. I graduated as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

This process is highly individualized and involves creating a vision, setting goals, and experimenting to create sustainable change tailored to your needs - in one-on-one coaching sessions where I guide you through a process of self-discovery and lasting lifestyle changes. I work with motivated people who are seeking healthy lifestyle changes in various areas of their lives, such as:
