WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our products are created in collaboration with certified (family) companies that show the highest appreciation for the environment, the materials and the people they work with. Even if we cannot completely track every single step of production, such as the production of an ingredient in our packaging, we always strive to increase the transparency of our value chain and offer you as many details as possible. You can find further details on the respective products.

How can I pay?

Payment is possible by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, PayPal Express, Amazon Pay or a voucher. For orders from Austria and Germany we also offer the payment options of immediate transfer or direct debit (Klarna). We ask for your understanding that purchase on account is not possible.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards. If you still want to send a gift and it does not fit, the recipient is welcome to contact us and we will be happy to arrange a return and refund the amount as credit for our online store.

Is there an invoice in the package?

You will only receive the invoice by email. The package itself only contains a delivery note, which does not contain any prices. The delivery note must be sent in the package for legal reasons.

How long does shipping take and how much are the shipping costs?

Our packages usually leave our premises in Hall in Tirol within 2-3 days (working days). Orders from Austria are sent with the Austrian Post, orders from Germany with the Austrian or German Post.

Experience has shown that delivery takes 4-5 working days, but we ask for your understanding that we have no influence on the actual delivery time, as this is in the hands of our shipping partner. In cases of high frequency (especially in November/December) there may be delays. Express shipping is not possible.

Shipping costs

Austria: €4.90, free shipping for orders over €120* (Austrian Post)

Germany: €5.90, free shipping for orders over €120* (German or Austrian Post)

all other European countries: €9.90, free shipping for orders over €120*

How can I track my shipment?

After we have handed over your shipment to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link that you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take several hours for all data to be synchronized by the shipping partner. If the status of your package does not change for several days, please contact our customer service ( sojourn@sojourn-xo.com ).

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN IT COMES TO CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS?

How can I cancel my order or return a product?

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply fill out the relevant form. Please note that custom-made items and digital products cannot be returned.

What are the conditions for returns?

The product must be returned in excellent condition, in its original packaging and with protective covers. Once we receive the return, we will refund you.

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return shipment.

What else do I need to consider?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items and digital products. You can find further details in our return policy.

How do I contact customer service?
