Cancellation and Returning Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please provide all the necessary information in the form below. Please note that returns are only possible within 14 days of receiving the order. Custom-made items, special requests, and digital products are excluded from returns. For more details, please refer to the return policy below.
Please be aware that we can only accept your return if the product is in excellent condition, in its original packaging, and with protective covers. Once the item has arrived, we will promptly refund the amount to you.

Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sojourn GmbH, Innsbrucker Strasse 83, 6060 Hall in Tirol, Austria, sojourn@sojourn-xo.com, Phone: +43 664 8225132) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may also use our withdrawal/return form. We will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., via email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal and the goods in question. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for processing the return of the goods/withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to verify their condition, properties, and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Contracts for digital products.
