It contains six hand-selected gemstones - three raw and three gently tumbled - lovingly packaged in a handmade cotton pouch. Each stone has been carefully selected and carries its own unique spiritual energy.
• The set is complemented by our "I Let Go" gemstone spray from Dr. Eberhardt – a delicate fragrance with essential oils and gemstones such as clary sage, aventurine, and jade. The spray promotes mental calm, supports conscious letting go, and strengthens you from within. It has a balancing, nourishing effect and creates space for regeneration and gentle grounding.
• You can spray the spray directly onto your gemstones – please ensure you keep a distance of at least 20 cm. This allows the fragrance to unfold gently and connect with the energy of the stones. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the spray supports the calming of Shen – the spirit. It is specifically attuned to the element wood and supports wood types in releasing tension – both mentally and physically. This creates space for inner harmony and a life of gentle balance.
